The Big 2-0 in Jeru!

I had a summer birthday so I got to celebrate it while I’m here in Jerusalem. I’m finally 20!! So exciting to no longer be a teenager and especially to celebrate it here in Jerusalem.
My friends are the best! They decorated my wall with cute notes and nice things
My mom sent me a cute banner that is now spread across my whole room!

We had district conference for Sabbath and afterwards I went to the Garden of Gethsemene. Who can say they went to the Garden of Gethsemene on their birthday! It was a crazy hot day and I just pondered and had alone time while in the Church of all nations and it was great. We tried to convince the gardner to let us in the private garden that day but he wouldn’t let us unless we made an appointment so we have to call.

Hannah and I!

We had a fireside with an area of the seventy who was visiting which was really inspiring. Then we went into a room to study but I brought all the wonderful things my mom put in my birthday package and we had a mini party that turned into an all night party totally procrastinating homework. But it was SO much fun! My mom is the best, only she would send all this awesome stuff to have a super fun dinner

We had so much fun! I have the greatest friends…
who can blow bubbles really big
and sing me awesome birthday songs
and get it all over their face

We had tons of fun

and can balance balloons on their noses!

I love all my friends!!

Sunday we also celebrated my birthday and we went to the Biblical Zoo! (will post pictures from that soon, it deserves it’s own post). That was super fun and we also celebrated my birthday and Analise’s (on the 19th) at the Waffle Bar with the most delicious Belgian Waffles ever! It was such an awesome weekend and I had the best birthday ever!

They put a sparkler on our waffle we shared. It’s beautiful and delicious!
This is a solid group!

Wanted to give a shout out to my daddy for Father’s day. He is the best dad I know and I love him so much. He sacrifices so much for me and I’ve come to realize how much my parents love me and they are the best examples of Christ-like love and sacrifice in my life. I love my family to death and everyday I’ll think of them or a specific sibling or parent and have a memory and miss them. I have used up a calling card I was supposed to share with someone but hogged all the minutes, and I’m already a quarter into another one. I miss them and love them and I hope you had a wondeful Father’s Day Dad
