After telling my miscarriage story and being open about it online, I had a lot of women reach out to me who were going through the same thing and were looking for any advice or tips while they prepared for their D&C procedure or coped with the loss. They asked for any books or podcasts that I recommend or listened to. I believe reading is super helpful in the healing process, I would read these books after drawing a bath and giving myself some “me” time to process all my thoughts. It’s therapeutic to hear other people’s stories or learn as much information as you can and these are three books I always recommended to those women who would ask, so I thought I’d share it on here as well.

This book takes you through a 3 month program and helps you identify what “fertility type” you are, help you recognize the causes of fertility problems and how you can make lifestyle changes to enhance your fertility depending on the type you find yourself under.
